Family Fitness is a 8 week fitness program open to all fitness levels, designed to improve: strength, mobility and mental health. Family fitness is a mid – high level intensity program that consists of a variety of exercises and movements that the whole family can participate in. Each training session will have a variation of different movements so that you never get bored of the same workouts. Your 45 min. session will consist of a warm-up, workout and cool down/stretch. Registration is limited and will be on a first come first serve basis. Training sessions will be held outdoors and may be postponed due to bad weather.
