Adult Foot on Soccer Ball
This program can help athletes to build strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, increase skills in concentration, self-esteem and confidence, while learning to play soccer - this program is designed for athletes with special needs as well as those athletes who don’t have a medically diagnosed condition but are simply shy or have anxiety being in a structured youth program.
